I have developed a five step plan to support local roasters:
1. Become a loyal customer.
2. Meet your friends at your roaster.
3. Take your family to the roaster.
4 Don't talk to the roaster while he's roasting coffee.
5. Talk to the barista!
4. Buy your roaster´s coffee.
5. Don't steal cups, buy them!
